Prices quoted online exclude UK VAT where appropriate. We make every effort to keep the prices up to date but we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.  We normally update any changes immediately.
Orders are always shipped at the first opportunity. If an item is not in stock it may be necessary to order that item from one of our suppliers before it can be dispatched. In which case delivery's can be delayed. If we are unable to supply items you have ordered due to them being out of stock we will contact you. We will do this to inform you the items are out of stock and reassure payment has not been taken. (It is our policy not to charge for goods until stock has been confirmed). We also do this to see if an alternative item would be suitable.

We aim to despatch all on line order placed before 3:00pm on the same day. In some cases this may not be possible due to nil-stocks. However, we are currently despatching 97% of on line order placed before 3:00pm on same day. It is incumbent on the customer to be ready to receive their order when the courier arrives.
Returns Procedures
Outlined below are the terms and conditions for returns to LR Spare Parts, Unit 5, Swanbridge Industrial Park, Black Croft Road, Witham, Essex CM8 3YN. Adherence to these procedures will assist us in processing returns and inspections more quickly. Please note that no returns can be accepted for credit unless you have obtained a returns authorisation number from our sales staff on + 44 (0)1376 511550

VERY IMPORTANT : Goods returned to us must be placed in an additional outer box (not just the item’s own box) with padding (foam, airfil, Jiffy bags or other impact-absorbing material) between all sides of the item’s box and the outer box. Items lost or damaged in transit to us cannot be credited, whatever the reason for their return.
30-DAY NO QUIBBLE REFUND/REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE: We will accept the return of any item within 30 days of delivery for any reason whatsoever provided authorisation for return is obtained No restocking charges will apply Sales staff will not be able to authorise the return of goods that have been held for longer than 30 days. Contact sales and obtain an authorisation number You will be asked for the reason for return in order to speed up inspections. Conditions Goods returned must reach us in original condition and original retail packaging and must be complete in all respects A repackaging charge of 10% will be levied if goods have to be repackaged. Customers are responsible for returning the item to us at their cost. If goods were originally sent out carriage free, our cost of carriage will be offset against the credit GOODS CORRECTLY ORDERED BUT INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED: Contact sales to inform us of the error You will be given a returns authorisation number and arrangements will be made for an exchange of goods If the goods were incorrectly ordered, see 30-day guarantee terms above. If the items were sent to you by courier, collection can be arranged Regrettably, Royal Mail does not arrange collection, so we respectfully ask that you post the item back to us Your postage charge, to a maximum of £3.50, will be refunded to you, or by prior arrangement. Replacement items will be sent to you carriage free.GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: Contact sales immediately on receipt of damaged goods and obtain a returns authorisation number. If goods are delivered by courier, please inspect for damage. If there is any damage; sign for goods 'damaged' and then contact us. We must receive notification of damage within 5 working days of receipt of goods. We cannot accept liability for damage to goods that were sent to yourselves and then sent on to your customer without being checked. If the items were sent to you by courier, collection can be arranged.If the items were sent by Royal Mail we ask that you kindly post them back to us.Your postage charge, to a maximum of £3.50, will be refunded to you, unless by prior arrangement. Replacement items will be sent to you carriage free. On contacting sales to obtain an authorisation number you will be asked to give a detailed description of the fault. Goods are to be returned to LR Spare Parts for inspection – ONLY the part that is damaged/faulty should be returned, not the set. All warranty returns have to be inspected.If inspection results confirm that the product is faulty, a replacement for the faulty unit will be sent to you free of charge. Goods that are not deemed to be faulty will be returned to you with your next order. PROBLEMS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY: (particular to lamp units) Condensation is not considered by manufacturers to be a defect of the lamp unit It is virtually impossible to avoid – particularly in a cold, predominantly damp climate such as the UK’s. The combination of a hot bulb and moist air will unavoidably lead to moisture condensing on the cold outer lens from time to time This is evident on ALL lamps – including those fitted on the car originally.It is simply more obvious on a clear lens than on amber or red. Leaking resulting from the incorrect fitment of the gasket or bulbholder on the lamp. Lamps are tested at the warehouse with the bulbholders and gaskets correctly placed to check for water ingress. Damage resulting from incorrect fitment or use of incorrect parts (like bulbs of incorrect wattage) or customer abuse will not be covered by warranty.This includes damage resulting from inserting bulholders into the wrong socket. Over-tightening of mounting screws resulting in damage to the unit. .

You can view and manage your orders by logging in to your account. You can also reorder from your historical orders
Updating Account Information
You can manage your account and billing and shipping information by logging in from the top menu. You will then see information on your addresses, orders and reviews. You can also add yourself to newsletters, etc
If you wish to cancel your order before the goods have been shipped, please telephone 01376 511550 and obtain a cancellation confirmation reference, you will then be reverse creditted. Otherwise, please refer to returned goods procedure.

Internet Terms & Conditions of Use (6 April 2010)

Please read these terms carefully. Any contract between us for the purchase of goods are subject to these terms, and by placing an order you agree to be bound by them. 

We reserve the right to review and revise these terms from time to time, without prior notice, and by using the site after any such revision you agree to be bound by such changes.

Nothing in this document affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

(a) The Seller is trading as LR Spare Parts - Arrowouter Ltd  who contracts on these Conditions of Sale. Any additions, alterations or deletions to these Conditions of Sale will not be accepted unless the Seller in writing expressly accepts them.
(b) The Seller accepts the Buyer's offer to purchase the goods only by posting or otherwise sending to the Buyer the Seller's acceptance in writing.

The Seller shall not be responsible for delay in delivery of the goods or any part thereof occasioned by any act of God, action by any Government, strike, lock-out, combination of workmen, riot or civil commotion, breakdown of machinery, power failure, fire, fuel shortage, loss and/or detention at sea, or any other contingency beyond its control. Should any of the goods be rendered unfit for delivery by any reason of the above acts, the Contract, as far as it relates to those goods, shall be deemed to be discharged.

(a) All goods delivered by the Seller to the Buyer shall remain the property of the Seller until the Buyer has met all outstanding debts and contractual obligations in relation to the goods between the Seller and Buyer. Until such time as the Buyer has paid in full all monies owing for any goods and materials supplied by the Seller to the Buyer, the Buyer shall keep the same in a fiduciary capacity for the Seller.
(b) Risk passes to the Buyer on delivery of the goods, irrespective of whether or not property has passed.

Any increase in shipping, marine insurance, freight or landing charges between the time of sale and arrival of the vessel, are for the Buyer's account.

From time to time the goods you order may be unavailable. The display of any goods on this site is an invitation to you to offer the buy them; it is not an offer to sell them at the listed price. If you place an order for goods then it shall be an offer to buy them and shall be subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to reject any order or to cancel any order (whether or not it has been confirmed by us and payment has been accepted) if the goods are unavailable or for any other reason (such as without limit if the goods have been displayed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or other error.)

If we cannot deliver any part of your order, then we will inform you and we may offer you an alternative product. If the alternative is not acceptable or none is available or offered then we will refund you for any payments made for the undelivered goods.

Please allow up to 28 days to receive your order.

If the Buyer has a Receiver appointed of any of his property or business undertakings, announces that he/she is ceasing to trade (other than for declared legitimate reasons such as retirement and continuing to honour all existing contracts) suspends payment and/or notifies any of his/her creditors that he/she is unable to meet debts or that he/she is about to suspend payment of his/her debts, convenes, call or holds a meeting of creditors or, being an individual trade, commits an act of bankruptcy, is adjudicated bankrupt or makes any composition or scheme of arrangements with his/her creditors, or being a body corporate convenes, calls or holds a meeting for the purpose of going into liquidation (other than for the purpose of reconstruction or amalgamation) by the making of an Order or the passing of a resolution for winding up, then the full price of any goods delivered shall be immediately payable notwithstanding any previous arrangement to the contrary and the Seller shall have the right, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies available to them, to cancel and/or suspend deliveries. If the Buyer fails to make any payment as due or dies, the rights conferred on the Seller by this paragraph shall apply, provided that within 28 days after the relevant occurrence the Seller gives the Buyer or his/her representative written notification of the Seller's intention to exercise all or any of such rights.

Dates mentioned by the Seller in any quotation or correspondence are approximate only and not of any contractual effect. The Buyer shall accept delivery during the period agreed with the Seller subject to the provision of Clause 2 (Force Majeure) of this Contract.

All new goods are covered by Manufacturers' warranties. Second hand parts by their very nature cannot be covered by any such warranty. This expressly excludes any claim for the cost of the labour that may be involved in replacing faulty goods, unless otherwise stated.

Claims based upon those defects of quantity, quality or condition which should be apparent upon reasonable examination shall be made immediately known by telephone, fax or telephone message and written confirmation despatched within 5 business days of arrival of the goods at the destination to which they have been consigned. The Company will, at its option, replace or credit the Purchaser with the value of any defective goods supplied by the Company. The Company will only do this if it is satisfied such defects arose solely through faulty material or workmanship, and such goods are returned, in a manner agreed by the Company, immediately upon discovery of the defect. The Company will normally not consider any claims made after 12 months from date of despatch.

The Goods will be as described in this Site from time to time. It is possible that some information on this Site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. We reserve the right without notice at any time to amend, improve or correct any information on this Site and to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any range or line of goods.

If you are a consumer you have the right to cancel the contract without reason and receive a refund. You must inform us in writing of your wish to cancel within 7 working days commencing the day after the day on which the goods were delivered. You should contact us by letter, fax or e-mail at the address shown on this site. The goods must be returned to us in their original packaging and be in a condition fit for sale. The cost of returning the goods and insuring them in transit is for the account of the Buyer. The goods must be returned within 14 days of contract cancellation. A full refund will be made providing these conditions are met.

If the Buyer is a business or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes we shall not be liable to the Buyer for any business loss including loss of profits (whether direct or indirect), business data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from the Seller. Any other liability shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.

Customers within the European Union will be liable for VAT at the relevant United Kingdom rate

We are committed to protecting your privacy. In general, you can visit this Site without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. If you decide to purchase goods we will need information, such as your name and address. We store such information on a computer. Unless otherwise stated we will not use this information for any other purpose other than the completion of a transaction. We do not sell, trade or rent personal information to others.

The construction validity and performance of this Contract and all matters pertaining thereto shall be governed in all respects by English Law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. Where applicable, the Uniform Law on International Sales are hereby excluded.

Return policy

Goods that are no longer required can be returned(buyer covers the cost of the return post) upto 30 days after sale date.A full refund(excluding delivery) will be given as long as the item is in a resaleable condition. Faulty items are to be returned to us (buyer covers the cost of return post) with a copy of original invoice with details of the fault.Once us/supplier have inspected the faulty item a full refund will be given including return postage costs (Royal Mail / Standard mail plus mail receipt which must be included). For heavier items above postal limit use courier service use Parce2go.com or www.interparcel.com or by prior arrangement with us. We would also require vehicle information, such as chassis/vin numbers, speedometer reading, etc., to comply with ISO9002 procedures.
